Return & Refund Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at fragrancegigi@gmail.com. Our support team will provide you with the return address via email, Instagram, Facebook, or our live support chat.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

  • We do not accept returns for final sale items.


Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items)

  • Personal care goods (e.g., opened beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return.


Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Order Cancellation
All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
